We were invited to be involved in this prestigious residential project. Spanning three floors, this Ivy-Clad, three storey, Grade II listed house of historic importance was refurbished from top to bottom.

Our management and design team were additionally commissioned to design a steel glazing system of minimal proportions which could be used for the external windows and french doors on to the rear balconies and terraces. The system was also required to create a sliding glass wall 6m x 3m high between the indoor pool, gym and snug, fully automated and traversing on a bespoke tracking system, linked in to the Lutron and fire system.

All glass elements were genuine hand drawn antique glass fabricated into insulated units in Germany.
