We were appointed Construction Manager and Technical Coordinators for the fitting out of the penthouse within the recently converted, original, Saint Martins School of Art, above the iconic new Foyles Bookshop in Soho. The works included a new electrical and lighting installation, floor finishes, new ceilings, validation and alteration of the existing heating, AC and venting services, new kitchen elements, dressing rooms, master suite, study, external terrace landscaping, electronic blinds and awnings.
